Coaching FAQ

Who This Is For

Do you only work with clients who are already taking peptides?

No! I work with individuals at every stage, whether you're just curious and researching, actively deciding, or already mid-protocol and need someone to help you actually make sense of it.

Do I have to already have a peptide source?

Nope. Plenty of clients start coaching before they've sourced anything.  We start with your goals and health history first, and I help you understand what to actually look for before you spend a dollar.

What if I decide peptides aren't for me?

That's totally okay. I work with plenty of clients who choose to not use peptides (or can’t!). I can still coach you through the lifestyle protocol in order to help you reach your goals.

Why You, Specifically

What are your credentials, and why should I trust you on this?

6+ years in nutrition and fitness coaching, ISSA-certified as both a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I've coached 100+ women. I pivoted to specialize as a Peptide Coach because I kept seeing the same gap: people getting peptides with no real guidance on how to make them work.

What's your coaching philosophy?

Teach, don't tell. I'm not handing you a dosing chart and disappearing. I want you to actually understand the why behind what we're doing, so you're never just blindly following instructions blind.

Isn't this just what my prescriber already does?

No. Your prescriber handles the medical and prescription side. I handle the part that actually determines whether the protocol works — nutrition, training, habit-building, and making sure it translates into real results instead of just sitting in your fridge.

What Working Together Actually Looks Like

What does a session with you actually look like?

It depends on where you're at. If you just need direction, we start with a 45-minute strategy session. We'll go through your health history, lifestyle, and goals, and from there I put together a protocol for you and send it over after the call. If you want more hands-on support getting started, I also offer 8 weeks of 1:1 coaching. That includes help with peptide integration, daily access to me for questions, and support with nutrition, fitness, and the other lifestyle pieces so you're not figuring it out solo. And if you want ongoing accountability beyond that, I've got longer-term coaching options too.

How often do we talk, and how do you track progress?

Again, it depends on which option you go with. The strategy session is a one-time call, so there's no ongoing check-in built in. The 8-week kickstart gives you much more high-touch access to me along the way. If you go with one of the longer-term coaching options, that includes weekly check-ins and regular tracking.

As for how we track progress, that's not one-size-fits-all. It depends on you and your goals, and we'll figure out what makes the most sense together during onboarding.

What's the time commitment on my end?

That's really up to you. If you go with the one-time strategy call, the time commitment is small: about 10 minutes to fill out the intake form, then a 45-minute call with me. If you choose the 8-week Peptide and Protocol Foundations program, or one of the longer-term coaching options, you're committing to the actual program we build together. That usually means putting in time to understand your nutrition, work through a new training program, and check in with me for a few minutes each week.

Either way, you get to choose how deep you want to go.

The Real Talk

I've tried everything — diets, macros, workouts — and nothing's worked. How is this different?

Because doing “everything right” isn't the same as doing what's right for your biology. Peptides can change the equation, but only when they're paired with the lifestyle piece most people are missing entirely. That's exactly the gap I coach in.

My prescriber wrote me a script and told me to figure out the rest. Is that normal?

Unfortunately, yes and it's the single biggest reason people don't get the results they expected. A prescription tells you what to take. It doesn't tell you how to eat, train, or adjust when something isn't working. That's where I come in.

I'm nervous about doing this wrong, or about side effects.

That's a completely reasonable fear, especially given how little real guidance exists out there. My job is to make sure you're never just guessing. You'll understand what you're doing and why, every step of the way.

I don't want to end up back in another restrictive-diet cycle.

Same, and that's not what this is. Teach, don't tell, means building habits that hold up long after a protocol ends, not another rulebook you'll eventually burn out on.

I'm worried about losing muscle, or ending up “skinny fat” instead of actually toned on my GLP.

Valid concern, and one generic weight-loss advice ignores completely. Training and protein intake have to be part of the plan from day one, not an afterthought.  Which is exactly why this isn't just a peptide check-in.

I don't have time for another complicated program.

Same answer as always: it's tailored to you. My coaching foundation always starts with the basics, then we build from there with habit stacking. Macro tracking feels like too much? That's fine, I've got other tools we can use instead. Feeling overwhelmed trying to keep your peptide protocol straight? Also fine, we'll get it organized so you can actually stay on track. Nothing about working with me is designed to overwhelm you right out of the gate. It's about building a realistic plan based on where you're actually at and what you can actually take on right now, not where you think you should be.

What happens if I plateau or stop responding to my protocol?

Good question, and there are a few different reasons this can happen.

If you did a one-off strategy session, this is exactly the kind of thing worth booking a follow-up call for, so we can look at what's going on and adjust from there.

If we're already working together long term, this usually doesn't catch us off guard. It's actually one of the things ongoing coaching is built to prevent in the first place.

There's so much conflicting information online. How do I know what to actually trust?

That's basically why this page exists. My job is to cut through the noise — both the fear-mongering and the hype — and give you a straight answer based on where the evidence actually stands, compound by compound.

Money & Medical Stuff

What does this cost?

My pricing varies depending on which coaching option you choose. Click here for all investment options.

Is this medical advice? Do you prescribe?

No, and no. I'm not a prescriber, I'm an educator and coach. I can't diagnose or give medical advice. What I can do is educate you on what protocol might be best for you and give you the support to integrate it into healthy lifestyle changes.
